KALUGA QUEEN caviar
Kaluga Queen caviar is distinguished by its freshness in smell, taste and texture, creamy, buttery, and lightly salted, with a characteristic "pop" that satisfies the palate.
With caviar, less is more. Caviar can be served on slices of toast, blinis, or unsalted crackers and garnished with crème fraîche, sour cream, or lemon juice.
Caviar is excellent paired with ice-cold vodka, champagne, or even sparkling wine.
Kaluga Queen caviar is farmed in the expansive and beautiful Thousand-Island Lake (Qiandaohu-China), a similar environment to the Caspian Sea.
A unique processing method blends traditional artisanal Iranian and Russian techniques with contemporary state-of-the-art European technology.
Kaluga Queen has received international certifications from IFANCA HAHAL, IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium), Best Aquaculture Practices, and World Sustainibility Organization's Friends of the Sea.

STURIA caviar
Sturia caviar is made in France, in accordance with traditional expertise: the grains are carefully hand-sieved, washed in clean water, mixed with salt and tinned, nothing more!
The caviar is then matured naturally in maturation rooms.
This traditional expertise releases all of caviar's balanced, hazelnut flavours. The crunchy eggs are lightly salted using the "molossol" method, which brings out their unrivalled flavour and length on the palate.
